Hebrew-language sources report massive explosions in Tehran and an alleged US military strike on Iran's Isfahan nuclear facility, coinciding with concurrent "unusual" blasts across central Israel and Jerusalem.
On March 2, 2026, Hebrew-language Telegram channels reported a sudden wave of intense, concurrent explosions spanning both Iran and Israel. The reporting heavily focuses on alleged attacks against Iranian strategic targets, juxtaposed with mysterious blasts echoing simultaneously throughout central Israel.
Most notably, the channel claimed that the Isfahan nuclear site was under attack. In a significant narrative framing, the channel attributed the assault to American forces, stating that the blasts were "apparently from attacks by the United States military." Furthermore, the channel noted Iranian reports claiming the interception of a UAV.
Geographically, these domestic Israeli blasts were widely distributed. According to חדשות מהשטח בטלגרם, massive echoes were heard in Jerusalem and its surroundings, as well as throughout central Israel and the Shfela (lowlands) region.
The source dataset provided for the cross-narrative analysis consisted entirely of Hebrew-language messages; no Arabic messages were included. Therefore, the cross-narrative instructions were fulfilled by analyzing the Hebrew framing and explicitly noting the absence of the Arabic perspective to explain the one-sided nature of the reporting.
