Dozens of Palestinian worshippers gathered outside Jerusalem's Old City walls to observe Laylat al-Qadr as the Al-Aqsa Mosque remained closed by Israeli forces for the 16th consecutive day.

Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians observed the 27th night of Ramadan in makeshift plastic tents, shelters, and destroyed mosques across the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

Israeli military forces launched a widespread series of incursions across the West Bank on Laylat al-Qadr, storming mosques in Ramallah and Jericho, firing sound bombs at worshipers, and conducting multiple arrests in Tulkarm, Nablus, and Bethlehem.
