The Technological Campaign: Sternenko raises millions to arm the Ukrainian army
Ukrainian activist Serhiy Sternenko announced today the launch of a new crowdfunding project titled "Digital Rusoriz". The stated goal, as reported on the Sternenko Foundation channel, is to raise over 50 million UAH to purchase approximately 1,700 FPV (First Person View) drones and supporting equipment. According to Sternenko, the new drones are capable of flying ranges of 50 to 70 kilometers, allowing for effective strikes against enemy logistics.
To incentivize donations, the foundation is offering a prize raffle, which includes a 2017 BMW 430 Gran Coupe. The Sternenko community emphasizes that every donation starting from 300 UAH grants an entry into the raffle, with participants asked to leave their phone numbers for contact purposes.
Alongside the new campaign, the organization published data on procurement activities from recent days. According to the latest data, 218 FPV drones and 30 Shahed interceptors were purchased over the last two days at a cost of over 10.5 million UAH. Since the beginning of the month, the organization has reached 54% of its monthly procurement target, with a cumulative total of 282,380 drones purchased throughout the entire war.
It should be noted that Sternenko, known as a figure fully identified with the Ukrainian war effort and a vocal critic of the political leadership in Israel, uses his platforms to consolidate civilian support for military technologies. In addition to the large campaign, the foundation held a raffle for a high-quality knife donated by the company STVOL, as part of ongoing fundraising efforts that highlight the dynamism of public support in Ukraine for combat technology.
