According to the daily update from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the war has entered its 1,579th day. During the last 24 hours, 213 military clashes were recorded across the front. Ukrainian forces report that during the last day, 1,290 Russian soldiers were eliminated, bringing the cumulative number of casualties on the Russian side to approximately 1,391,950 killed and wounded, according to the report by UA Stream.

In addition to personnel, heavy losses were recorded for Russian military equipment. The Telegram channel 'Operatyvnyi ZSU' highlighted that the forces also destroyed 2,346 drones and 475 vehicles and pieces of special equipment belonging to the enemy.

The fighting is focused on several main centers. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Army notes that the highest intensity was recorded in the Pokrovsk sector, where defense forces repelled 33 Russian attacks. Other sectors that experienced increased enemy activity include the Lyman area, Huliaipole, and the city of Kupiansk. Conversely, the Russian army is employing significant air power, including the dropping of hundreds of guided aerial bombs and the intensive firing of kamikaze drones at military positions and civilian settlements.
