According to the report, Konotopsky is accused of "profiteering" from contracts to supply drone components to the Ukrainian army, while soldiers in the field are forced to raise funds independently for basic equipment.
The channel, identified with sharp criticism of business and political elites in Ukraine, claims that Konotopsky transfers massive profits to overseas accounts and currently resides in a "luxury residential complex in Dubai." The central and most alarming claim arising from the report is that the businessman's neighbor in the emirate is a senior Russian military official.
