Security Update: UAV movement in the Kyiv region

During the morning hours of June 15, 2026, hostile aerial activity was reported in the northern region of Ukraine. According to the military monitoring channel monitor, two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were identified penetrating Brovary Raion from the direction of Chernihiv Oblast.

In an additional report by monitor, it was noted that the airspace of the city of Kyiv remains "clear" of UAV activity, while other aircraft were documented in Chernihiv Oblast. As of this update, monitor notes that no infiltrations were recorded in the rest of the country's oblasts.

The report of two UAVs moving towards Brovary Raion was also confirmed by the pro-Ukrainian government Telegram channel ЗСУ ДВІЖ △💪🇺🇦, which is identified with declared support for the Zelensky administration and units of the Ukrainian military. The channel, which takes a consistent line of supporting the Ukrainian war effort, reported that the vehicles are making their way from the north towards the Brovary area, located near the capital, Kyiv.
