New reforms in Ukraine: army, employment, and economy

Starting June 1, 2026, Ukraine is implementing a series of significant structural changes. Changes in recruitment policy and worker protection

The new requirement for obtaining "critical enterprise" status mandates a minimum salary of 25,941 hryvnia per employee.
