President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that "we have intelligence information about Russia preparing for a new massive attack" and called on residents to heed air raid alerts. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense joined the call and stressed that the warning applies to all regions, with an emphasis on Kyiv, claiming that "the Russians are in agony" and are resorting to terror and panic against the civilian population.

Analyst Sternenko warned that the enemy has moved its Iskander systems and strategic bombers to launch points. At the same time, intelligence sources note an increased use of missile-carrying vessels in the Black Sea, which indicates preparations for a complex and multi-dimensional attack.
