The Commercial Court of Vienna, Austria, has granted the petition of the Ukrainian state bank 'Oschadbank' against former Member of Parliament Boryslav Bereza. According to reports from the channels Труха⚡️Україна and UA Stream, the court imposed legal security measures and an injunction requiring Bereza to cease disseminating claims regarding what the bank refers to as the "Hungarian affair."
The bank argued that the information published by Bereza is "unreliable" and damages the business reputation of the financial institution. As noted in the Truha report, the bank filed the request at the defendant's permanent place of residence in Austria, emphasizing that it will continue to protect its interests through legal tools. The UA Stream channel noted that the court also ordered the removal of publications that included those claims.
