War at the Front and Investigations at the Highest Levels: Update from the Ukrainian Arena

During the last 24 hours, Ukrainian Telegram channels have focused on two central axes: massive fundraising for the needs of the front and political turmoil surrounding suspicions of government corruption. The channel D7 NEWS | Демократична Сокиרה reports that law enforcement authorities, NABU and SAPO, have opened an investigation against the former head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, and other senior officials, on suspicion of money laundering totaling 460 million hryvnias in a real estate case known as "Dynasty." According to the report, the prosecution is demanding Yermak’s arrest on a high bail of 180 million hryvnias.

Simultaneously, the situation at the front is being portrayed as particularly difficult, leading to a series of calls for urgent financial aid. Units such as the 56th OMPBr note that in "Chasiv Yar the situation is hell" (according to Реальна Війна), while the Всевидящее ОКО channel warns of the urgent need for medical equipment and vehicles for fighters in the Huliaipole area, emphasizing that "we are talking about men aged 60+ who are on the front lines."

Technological armament efforts continue at full strength. Мілітарний reports on a fundraiser for relay-drone equipment for the 3rd OShBr, while Александр Коваленко calls for supporting the "Vilna Povitrya" (Free Air) drone operator school. At the same time, the 24 Канал channel is using a prize of a ticket to Eurovision 2026 to encourage donations for drone interception systems for the 66th OMBr.

Civil-military activity also includes creative initiatives. ДрукАрмія notes that they are raising funds for armament components, offering "prestigious prizes" such as graffiti-sprayed fire extinguishers to those who contribute significant amounts. Despite the joint efforts, there is tension on social media, with some users expressing doubts about where the funds are going, as noted in the channel Тi на каблуках я з AWP, which indicates public fatigue from the multitude of requests.
