New initiatives in the Rada: Restrictions on the departure of 'reserved' personnel and blocking accounts for draft dodgers

Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Fedienko has put forward a series of proposals intended to tighten oversight of military mobilization and prevent the departure of men subject to the draft. According to reports on the Telegram channels Бавовна △ and Реальна Війна | Україна | Новини, Fedienko claims that many men who receive an exemption from mobilization due to vital work ('bron') are using it to leave Ukraine and simply not returning.

According to reports from the ЦАПЛІЄНКО_UKRAINE FIGHTS channel, Fedienko proposes re-examining the exit policy for those who have received a reservation, arguing that "people receive an exemption, go abroad, and do not return." On the Новини.LIVE channel, Fedienko was quoted as saying: "Maybe we shouldn't let everyone go abroad just for a vacation," and added that clear accountability mechanisms must be established.

In addition to restrictions on travel, Fedienko is calling for drastic measures against those who dodge reporting to recruitment centers (TCC). According to the 💙НЕЗЛАМНІ 💛 channel, the legislator proposed blocking the bank cards of men who are defined as wanted by the mobilization authorities. Fedienko noted that recruitment personnel are "physically unable to find" some of these individuals, and argued that "someone is fighting, while someone else is living a normal life while being listed as wanted."

The initiatives do not stop there; the UA Stream channel reports that the administration is also considering restrictions on students who use their status as students to defer the draft without actually studying. This is a political discourse that clearly supports the war effort (Pro-Ukraine), with these channels emphasizing the need for equality in burden-sharing in the face of attempts by men to avoid service.
