An embarrassing incident occurred in the city of Lviv, when a local authority official published an image created using artificial intelligence as proof of tree pruning work requested by a resident. According to the report by the channel Всевидящее ОКО: Україна, which covered the incident extensively, the official received an official reprimand after it turned out that the "report" was completely fake.

Reports indicate that the work in the field was not carried out at all. In the channel Український Наступ | #УкрТг ∆, known for its stance supporting the preservation of national standards and criticism of failures, they described the incident as "where artificial intelligence meets real stupidity," while emphasizing that it was a mistake by an administrative employee in the Frankivskyi district.

According to Ху Київ + | Україна, the failure occurred because an external contractor sent the fake image, and the employee, lacking judgment, distributed it as an official report of the city council. Суспільне Львів confirmed that the matter was raised with the "City Hotline" and that the Lviv City Council spokesperson confirmed the reprimand given to the involved employee.
