This morning, at exactly 09:00, Ukraine observed the daily national minute of silence, dedicated to the memory of all those who lost their lives as a result of the Russian invasion. This is an official memorial ceremony intended to honor the memory of the soldiers, civilians, and children who fell during the fighting.
Many media networks and government bodies reported on the gesture. As noted in Оперативний ЗСУ and Львівич | Новини, the ceremony serves as a daily ritual of "gratitude, appreciation, and remembrance." The Kyiv Regional Administration channel emphasized that "at this moment, the country stops to pay respects" to all those who perished as a result of the aggression of the Russian Federation.
The commemoration was not limited only to the local public space. The Суспільне Євробачення Україна channel noted that even during an official press conference, all those present stopped speaking to participate in the minute of silence. Concurrently, the ZN.UA channel, which is associated with war coverage and in-depth analysis, invited its readers to join in remembering the "fallen heroes of Ukraine."
Messages from the Operational Center "Omega" and Monitoring Odessa emphasized that the sacrifice of the fallen is "the foundation of our future" and that the memory of all those killed by the "Russian invaders" remains etched in the hearts of the citizens, in appreciation for "every day of freedom."
