Security and intelligence authorities in Ukraine have issued unusual warnings regarding a massive Russian attack expected to focus on Kyiv and other regions. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on citizens to exercise maximum vigilance, follow instructions, and use shelters, after it was reported that he cut his visit to Ireland short due to intelligence assessments.
