According to the report on TGRT HABER, the main proposal includes a significant increase in the allowances paid to bereaved families, so that they will stand at "2 asgari ücret" (two minimum wages), according to the report.

The channel Haber Gündem added details about the initiative, noting that it involves two separate bills. Beyond updating the allowance amounts, the government plans to grant an "onursal kimlik" (honorary ID card) to the children of martyrs, as part of the effort to expand their rights and solidify their social status, according to the channel's report.
