[49056] Turkish Telegram channels report investment scams disguised as financial recommendations

Alerts regarding suspicious financial activity on Telegram

Over the past day, several news channels in Turkey, including 7/24 SON DAKİKA HABER, Beylikdüzü Son dakika, HaberX Türkiye Gündem, and Bahçelievler Son Dakika, published messages raising suspicions of investment scam activity (Pump and Dump) distributed under the sponsorship of these channels.

The reports include quotes from alleged users praising a figure named "Hocam" (teacher/guide), claiming exceptional financial achievements. According to 7/24 SON DAKİKA HABER, a user claimed a "450% profit" thanks to the recommendations given to them. In these channels, other similar messages describe extreme satisfaction, as another user noted: "I have only been in the group for two days, how did I not find you sooner, you are a king."

It is important to note that these channels, operating under the guise of local news channels and quick updates, are often used as a platform for distributing sponsored content that does not undergo editorial filtering. The use of exaggerated language and promises of quick profits are classic signs of phishing attempts or financial pyramid schemes.
