Security forces in Russia reported today that a planned terrorist attack on an energy infrastructure facility in the Krasnodar region was thwarted. According to a statement by the FSB (also reported by TASS and SolovievLive), a 23-year-old local resident was arrested, who is suspected of being recruited by Ukrainian intelligence agencies.
