According to a report by the Telegram channel Душная община, known for its critical line toward Ukraine and its support for Russian policy, two large gaming and software development (IT) companies have decided on a full relocation out of Russia along with their employees and families. The report, relying on the words of the editor-in-chief of IXBT Games, notes that the companies "held on until the last moment," but were pushed to the edge following the establishment of "white lists" of websites, frequent infrastructure outages, increasing blocks, and threats of imposing fees for the use of VPNs.

The channel cynically noted that the companies have "finished playing," implying that the move signals a loss of confidence in the country's business and digital environment. In addition, Душная община criticized the IXBT website, claiming that their decision to reveal the internal information about the companies' departure was intended to generate headlines ("Insides").

At the same time, while the Russian development industry is facing technical difficulties, other online actors are trying to capitalize on the momentum surrounding the shift to remote work. The Telegram channels DevOps MemOps and ZLP™ have published marketing content offering "ways to earn money using artificial intelligence from anywhere in the world." They promise subscribers a "shortcut" that will allow them to perform tasks requiring hours of work in just a few minutes, as an alternative to traditional work methods that are being affected by current network restrictions.
