In a shocking incident that took place this morning in Kaliningrad, the bodies of three family members – a 70-year-old woman, her 41-year-old daughter, and her 3-year-old grandson – were found under the windows of a high-rise residential building in the Leningrad neighborhood. The Russian Investigative Committee has opened a criminal investigation into the matter. According to a report by Baza, a suicide note written by the older woman was found at the scene, in which she complained about "a difficult life and a lack of money."
