According to the reports, Magen David Adom (MDA) teams that arrived at the scene provided him with initial medical treatment and evacuated him to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya while conscious and suffering from a head injury. ynet news confirmed the incident and noted that the child was hit south of Nahariya and his condition is defined as serious.

At the same time, ynet news reported on another accident in Ashdod, in which an 11-year-old child was hit by a vehicle. In this case as well, the child's condition was defined as serious.
