Targeted elimination in western Gaza: Two killed in drone strike

Reports from the Gaza Strip indicate a targeted airstrike that took place today (June 22, 2026) in the western part of Gaza City. According to reports, an IDF unmanned aerial vehicle attacked a white Tucson jeep near the "Rahab" (or "Ruhab") mall in the Rimal neighborhood.

The Abu Ali Express Telegram channel, known for its rapid and detailed coverage of security events in the Palestinian arena, updated that as a result of the strike, two people were killed and several others were injured.

At the same time, the Hadashot 360 channel also reported on the incident and noted that at least three missiles were fired at the vehicle during the strike. According to their report, this was a "terrorist elimination" carried out in the heart of the populated area in the west of the city.

As of this hour, official sources in Israel have yet to issue a formal statement regarding the identities of those eliminated, but reports on the ground indicate a planned operation against figures in the field rank of terrorist organizations in the Strip.
