Tragedy in Ar'ara: 7-year-old girl shot to death during a brawl
A difficult day for security forces following the shooting incident in Ar'ara, in which a 7-year-old girl was killed. According to reports in Hadashot MeHashetach on Telegram (which tends toward a critical line regarding government authorities but reported the facts of the case), the incident began as an argument between two children that escalated into a confrontation between their parents, during which a weapon was drawn and shots were fired. Police arrested two suspects, including the girl's father, as noted in Hadashot MeHashetach. In Israel News IL (which often presents a line supportive of the security establishment), it was noted that as of these hours, the weapon used for the shooting has yet to be located.
