Throughout the day, a wave of messages was observed being distributed across several Telegram channels, including خبرفوری‌نیوز | اخبار جنگ | حمله امریکا, کانال هواداران پرسپولیس ایران, and تهران آنلاین ࡆ TehranOnline, recommending VPN services that promise a stable connection within Iran's 'National Net' system. According to the reports, the services are offered at a price of "less than 5,000 Tomans per gigabyte."

Additional channels that distributed the content include خبرفوری جنگ🚨اخبارفوری امریکا فوری, کانال موزیکفا آهنگ جدید ریمیکس رپ, and خبرفوری ࡆ اخبارفوری مذاکره ࡆ جنگ فوری. The advertisers claim that this is the "source from which even the merchants buy" and that the service is "guaranteed to be connected to the National Net."

According to الخبرفوری‌نیوز, the advertisers are trying to build credibility by claiming that "all through the war, everyone would purchase from this team." To encourage purchases, a discount code named "KAABAR" is offered, granting a 25% discount on the service.

However, alongside the advertising promoting the service, a significant disclaimer appears in the same messages. The distributors note that "many sent me messages saying they were scammed while trying to buy a fake-filter" (VPN), and emphasize that the current recommendation is being provided to offer an alternative to those who have fallen victim to similar scams in the past.
