The Border Guard Command of Bushehr province in Iran announced that today, Sunday, May 17, 2026, "controlled explosion and demolition" operations will be carried out in the Bashai area, located between the Tangestan and Dashti counties. The purpose of the operation, according to the authorities, is the "destruction of materials and bomb waste."
