The Iranian Ministry of Education decides: There is no postponement of final exams

Fooladvand, head of the Evaluation Center at the Ministry of Education, officially announced that there will be no change or postponement in the schedule of final exams (matriculation). The announcement came following significant public pressure from students who requested to extend the preparation period for the exams.

According to him, the Ministry of Education sought to prevent a situation where the time of students who prepared properly would go to waste.

Regarding the claims about reducing vacation days before the exams, Fooladvand replied that this year preparation days were cut by 3 days, but in return "56 additional preparation days were given to students" as published in یِ دانش آموز.
