Disruptions in 'Reserve+' services: Services related to disability data verification have been suspended
Today, June 24, 2026, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced that digital services in the 'Reserve+' (Резерв+) application are experiencing temporary disruptions. The step was taken in order "not to prevent errors in processing requests due to an incorrect response from social sector registries," as stated in the official announcement.
The suspended services include the ability to submit requests for mobilization deferment based on disability, update disability data online, and check relevant data by representatives of recruitment centers (TCC). The Ministry of Defense emphasized that this is purely a technical move, noting that "this does not affect deferments that are already in effect and does not cancel the right to a deferment if legal grounds exist."
The Новини.LIVE channel, known for general and rapid news coverage, confirmed the information and added that the system was shut down to prevent data errors. At the same time, the UA Stream channel published a series of updates detailing that the malfunction stems from issues in "data exchange" between government databases, which leads to receiving "incorrect responses" from government registries.
Government officials clarified that this is only a temporary measure intended to ensure the reliability of data in the system. Users were instructed to wait for further notice regarding the renewal of services after the synchronization between government databases returns to stability.
