As part of his first steps, Gofman established a "council of wise men" consisting of five external advisors, whose role is to re-examine all aspects of the organization's activity, from strategic missions to the building and deployment of force and resources.

In a parallel report by News in Real Time on Telegram, it was noted that Gofman is reviewing the organization's method of force deployment and re-examining budgetary and operational priorities. This is an unprecedented move intended to "start everything over" in the secret organization's working concept.

In addition, the Current Security (Bitachon Shotef) channel reported that as part of this examination, the Mossad chief is considering expanding the organization's range of activity and employing it also as a tool in the fight against the de-legitimization of the State of Israel in the international arena.
