During the morning hours of June 22, 2026, a series of four noticeable earthquakes were reported to have struck the Crimean Peninsula. According to reports, the epicenter of the tremors was in the Black Sea, with magnitudes ranging between 3.3 and 3.8 on the Richter scale.
The channel Реальна Війна | Україна | Новини, which is identified with a distinctly pro-Ukrainian stance and supports the Zelensky administration, reported that these were "4 (!) noticeable earthquakes" that shook the region this morning.
At the same time, the channel Times of Ukraine: Новини | Україна, which also takes an editorial line that supports Ukraine and is critical of Russia, confirmed the details and noted that the source of the report is local media. As of now, there have been no reports of significant damage or casualties as a result of the seismic activity in the Black Sea.
