Today, June 22, 2026, meteorological services in Ukraine predict hot summer weather, accompanied by atmospheric instability in large parts of the country. Temperatures are expected to range between 23 and 32 degrees Celsius depending on the region.

Regional Reports

According to the Київ Головне channel, in the capital Kyiv, a very hot day is expected with temperatures of up to 30 degrees, while rain is expected in the evening. At the same time, in the Kharkiv region they are reporting similar temperatures and a chance of short rains and thunderstorms during the day.

In the Lviv region they are preparing for a day of variable cloudiness with a maximum temperature of 31 degrees. In contrast, in the Dnipro region they are reporting more stable weather with no precipitation and temperatures between 27 and 32 degrees.

The UA Stream channel summarizes that the start of the week will be characterized by fickle weather, where "the heat is gaining momentum, but the rains are not retreating." According to the channel's reports, the northern and western regions of the country are those expected to absorb most of the precipitation and thunderstorms during the day, while heavy heat will continue to prevail in the rest of the regions.
