Widespread air alerts in Ukraine due to MiG-31K aircraft activity

During the last 24 hours, a large-scale air alert was declared across all of Ukraine following the detection of takeoffs of MiG-31K fighter jets by the Russian Air Force. According to reports by the Air Force of Ukraine, these are platforms carrying long-range "Kinzhal" (X-47M2) hypersonic missiles, which pose a direct threat to all parts of the country.

Military Telegram channels, including monitor and Реальна Війна, updated the public in real-time about the potential danger. The "Lachen" channel, which is identified with a line supporting the Ukrainian position, emphasized the severity of the situation and called on citizens to heed the instructions of the Home Front Command. Additionally, Channel 24 reported that in one of the waves, a single missile launch was detected that crossed the Kyiv region toward Zhytomyr, which raised the alert level to the maximum degree.

Local authorities, including the Lviv Regional State Administration, published urgent notices to residents not to ignore the sirens. Most sources emphasize the aggressive nature of the Russian actions, using terms such as "missile terror danger" and "hypersonic threat."

After several hours of security tension, an "otboy" (alert cancellation) was reported in several areas as the Russian aircraft returned to their home bases. As of the latest updates, the situation has been defined as calmer, although the Ukrainian population continues to live under the shadow of the constant threat attributed to the activity of Russian MiG aircraft.
