Over the past 24 hours, diverse activity has been recorded in various Telegram channels, including the distribution of medical knowledge alongside massive promotion of external channels.

Medical Information

The channel Sesli Edebiyat published educational content regarding heart health. In a post published on the channel, the question "💔 Damar tıkanıklığı ve kalp krizi nasıl olur?" (How do arterial blockage and heart attacks occur?) is raised. The channel, which presents itself as having an educational-anatomical orientation, directs its followers to further information on human body topics.

Marketing and Advertising Activity

In contrast to the medical content, the channel İstanbul Antalya İzmir Eskort focused on aggressive marketing activity. The channel, operating under a name associated with escort services, published on two separate occasions long lists of links to external Telegram channels. In the first post and the second post, the channel called on users to join the attached links, with the latter post noting a "500 clicks" limit for joining.

It is evident that the channel serves as a platform for promoting social networks and channel indexes, using marketing language intended to attract a targeted audience to join the linked groups.
