During the night (June 19, 2026), a series of severe security incidents were reported in Southern Lebanon. According to the Telegram channel Hot News, which reports from a pro-Israel perspective, significant security events occurred in the area, while the 301 News Arab World channel – which presents a critical stance toward Israel's political echelon – reports that IDF forces are deployed and ready to carry out immediate strikes in the Dahiyeh quarter of Beirut.

In addition to reports of preparations for strikes, footage was circulated showing extensive destruction in villages in Southern Lebanon as a result of bombings. 301 News Arab World noted that "this is what the village looks like after another bombing in the place," in a description highlighting the severe damage caused on the ground as a result of the fighting.

The reports come amidst high tension in the northern sector. The 301 News Arab World channel accompanied the tactical reports with the "Mi Sheberach" prayer for IDF soldiers, while expressing reservations about the policies of the government and Netanyahu during this sensitive period, alongside describing the situation on the ground as "severe incidents."
