The Launch of the "Minion Menu" at the KFC Chain in Ukraine
The fast-food chain KFC announced today, June 18, 2026, the launch of a special edition called the "Minion Menu" at its branches across Ukraine. The new campaign, aimed at attracting a young audience and collectors, allows customers to purchase small collectible figures designed to be attached to mobile phones.
According to reports, the cost of the collectible figures is an additional 92 hryvnia (₴) to the price of the main dish.
The news was circulated on several popular Telegram channels in Ukraine:
- Труха⚡️Київ reported that the new menu has arrived at Kyiv branches and invited followers to "challenge a friend" to collect the figures.
- Киевский Движ noted that full details about the products appear in the photos attached to their post.
- Всевидящее ОКО: Україна - a channel that sometimes presents clear pro-Ukrainian positions - conveyed the information without additional political commentary.
- Харьков life | Харків 🇺🇦 updated that the move has also reached the chain's branches in the city of Kharkiv, and asked its followers if they have already managed to taste the new menu.
As of now, the move is perceived as a purely commercial marketing campaign without broad political or social implications, as all covering channels presented the information in the same objective tone.
