According to the report from Реальний Київ | Украина, the authorities emphasized that the information regarding the "untimely provision of emergency medical aid during air raid alerts" is incorrect. City officials maintain that the city's emergency medical system operates without interruption, regardless of the security situation.

Similarly, the channel Киевский Движ noted that according to the authorities' statement, "emergency aid operates around the clock even during air raids." Both reporting channels present the position of the municipal establishment uniformly, without presenting conflicting narratives or claims from other parties on the ground.
