The Turkish political system is closely monitoring the internal crisis within the Republican People's Party (CHP), which is intensifying following judicial decisions and internal disagreements. According to the channel Haber Gündem, the party's leadership is under heavy pressure, with former Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu conducting intensive contacts with members of parliament identified with the incumbent Chairman Özgür Özel. According to Haber Gündem, Kılıçdaroğlu approached 15 members of parliament and urged them: "Sakın gitmeyin çünkü..." (Do not go anywhere because...), in an attempt to prevent a split or defection from the party during this sensitive period.

At the same time, the party announced a change in the parliamentary schedule. As reported by Gündem Haber, the party spokesperson, Müslüm Sarı, stated that it was decided to cancel the parliamentary group meeting scheduled for tomorrow. Sarı declared that the decision was made by Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu with the aim of "maintaining the unity of the party and preventing the formation of new rifts and tensions."

Local media notes that these moves reflect the depth of the crisis within the Turkish opposition. While figures close to Kılıçdaroğlu are trying to demonstrate dominance behind the scenes, the leadership of Özgür Özel is required to navigate the party under the watchful eye of hostile elements and supporters alike.
