Russian attacks in Kharkiv and Kyiv: dozens of casualties

During June 14, local Telegram channels reported a series of Russian attacks that led to numerous casualties in the cities of Kharkiv and Kyiv. In Kharkiv, Харьков life | Харків 🇺🇦 reported an attack in the Kyivskyi district, in which a one-month-old baby was injured, who according to the channel Суспільне Харків, was evacuated to the hospital. In a summary of the incident, the channel Мій Харків 💙💛 noted that a total of five casualties were reported in this area.

At the same time, the capital Kyiv also suffered attacks. The channel Київ Головне reported that the mayor confirmed the existence of five casualties in the capital, with one woman suffering from serious injuries. Труха⚡️Київ confirmed the data and noted that reports of additional casualties and calls to medical teams continue to arrive.

The attacks in Kharkiv were not limited only to the Kyivskyi district. The channel Харків life reported separately on a 34-year-old woman who was injured in the Shevchenkivskyi district and was evacuated for medical treatment, as well as a 62-year-old woman who was injured in the Kyivskyi district and requires hospitalization. Meanwhile, the channel KharkivOne noted that earlier that same day, the Kharkiv Art Museum was also attacked using a drone, with no casualties in this incident.

The Telegram channels covering the events are identified with a clear pro-Ukrainian line, and report on the damages and civilian casualties as a result of what they call "enemy attacks." The reports were based on official messages from the head of the Regional Military Administration (OVA), Oleh Syniehubov, and on data from the Kyiv Municipality.
