The Likud Constitution Committee, chaired by Likud Central Committee Chairman Minister Haim Katz, convened today and officially decided on the timeline for the internal elections. According to reports, the Constitution Committee unanimously decided that the primaries for the party's Knesset list will be held no later than July 28, 2026.

The decision was approved and published simultaneously by several channels. Dafna Liel and Ziv Rubenstein reported on the adoption of the decision in the committee's restricted forum. At the same time, Moti Kastel, known for his positions supporting the government and Likud, noted that "the primaries for the party will be held by 07/28."
