According to reports from the last few days, Pakistani military forces have arrived in the Shabwah and Hadhramaut provinces in southern Yemen. The information was published by the Lebanese newspaper "Al-Akhbar," which is affiliated with the Axis of Resistance, and was shared on two Israeli Telegram channels.

In a report published on News Voice on 🆃🅴🅻🅴🅶🆁🅰️🅼🔴, which is characterized by positions sharply critical of Hamas and entities hostile to Israel, it was noted that in the oil-rich Hadhramaut province, friction developed between the Pakistani forces and local forces backed by Saudi Arabia. According to assessments raised on the channel, "Saudi Arabia brought the Pakistanis to take control of the oil fields and replace the United Arab Emirates forces that withdrew from the area."

Simultaneously, Kan 11 | Arab-Palestinian Desk – a channel that reports extensively on the Palestinian and Arab arena – provided further detail and noted that "in the oil-rich Hadhramaut province in eastern Yemen, there were even reports of friction between the Pakistanis and local forces supported by Saudi Arabia," this occurring after those same local forces refused to allow the Pakistanis to enter one of the military bases at the location.

According to the information on Kan 11, the Pakistani forces were brought with the goal of seizing control of the oil fields and replacing the Emirati forces, which had controlled the Shabwah province and taken control of Hadhramaut last December, before withdrawing under Saudi military pressure.
