Tajarnia strongly denied rumors about negotiations with players like Alireza Beiranvand or coach Farhad Majidi, and emphasized that every professional decision is made collectively in consultation with the technical committee and the coaching staff.

Regarding the criticism from board member Faridouni, according to 'Akharin Khabar' reports, Tajarnia noted that the club has been suffering from internal disagreements for a long time, but clarified that "today Esteghlal is in its best state." According to him, the club's achievements and the fact that it is at the top of the league indicate proper management functioning, and any other claim stems from personal motives of individuals who did not receive the positions they sought.

On the professional and financial level, Esteghlal's fan channel reports that the club is waiting for the opening of the transfer window in hopes of strengthening the squad, after suffering from legal issues that blocked its activity. Tajarnia expressed optimism regarding the use of new legal counsel services aimed at settling the club's debts and opening the registration. Additionally, he revealed in a conversation with Federation Chairman Taj that the club is demanding the debt money owed to it by the federation and is working to regulate the team's real estate assets, an issue that is a focal point of criticism in the club's financial reports.

Finally, Tajarnia clarified that the club is committed to success in other sports as well, despite difficulties in managing the volleyball team, and noted that the decision regarding his future as CEO next season depends on the decision of the board of directors and the managing holding company.
