[75459] Dramatic arrest in Newark: The FBI raided a protester who threatened an ICE agent
Peak tension and clashes outside the ICE facility in Newark
During the day (May 30, 2026), intense law enforcement activity was reported outside the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Newark, New Jersey. According to a report by nicksortor, an account known for a conservative line and support for law enforcement, the FBI conducted a raid and arrested a man named Nicholas Salsedo, who was previously documented threatening the life of an ICE agent and his family members. Salsedo is now facing charges for "federal criminal offenses" (according to nicksortor).
At the same time, kikivonye, who broadcasts a critical stance toward left-wing protesters, reported that she managed to infiltrate the protesters' camp on-site using a hidden camera. According to her, equipment worth tens of thousands of dollars was identified at the location.
The tension at the scene escalated into physical clashes, as kikivonye reported "mass brawls" between protesters and the New Jersey State Police. According to her description, the police used flashbangs and tear gas in an attempt to disperse the rioters at the scene.
