In an official statement published by the Revolutionary Guard Navy, it was clarified that the organization exercises "precise control" over the straits with "determination and authority," and warned that "any aggression will be met with decisive blows."

Official sources in Iran emphasized that the passage is carried out according to pre-determined routes. As reported by the Quds News Network, the number of ships authorized to pass may be higher, but the navy limits their daily number to prevent maritime traffic disruptions and to ensure the security of navigation in accordance with the route set by Tehran, as also noted in the report by the 'Rased Al-Adu' channel.
