Throughout the day (May 29, 2026), an extensive series of alerts was reported in the north of the country following what is defined as an infiltration of unmanned aerial vehicles and rocket fire from Lebanon. According to Al Jazeera, the Qatari channel associated with extensive coverage of the Palestinian and Lebanese arenas, the Israeli Home Front Command activated alarms in the areas of Margaliot, Misgav Am, Even Menachem, Shtula, and Hanita.

Quds News Network, identified with clear pro-Palestinian positions, reported on "crossing of booby-trapped aircraft from Lebanon" and noted that siren alarms echoed throughout "occupied northern Palestine." At the same time, the Al Mayadeen network, associated with the Axis of Resistance, reported based on Israeli communication platforms that the alarms were activated due to fears of an unmanned aerial vehicle infiltration.
