According to a report on the Реальний Київ | Украина channel, officers stopped a Skoda vehicle for a traffic violation, but while the report was being processed, a man – apparently an acquaintance of the driver – arrived at the scene and began behaving aggressively toward the team.

According to the source, the suspect threatened the officers before turning to physical violence: he used a metal rod to "smash the windshield" of the police patrol car, and subsequently even attempted to attack the officers with his fists. The incident ended with the arrest of the attacker by law enforcement forces.
