According to the organization, the actions come in response to what it defined as "the Israeli enemy's violation of the ceasefire and attacks against civilians" in towns in the south of the country.

According to the organization's statements, on Thursday, May 28, 2026, the organization's operatives detonated explosive devices against a D9 bulldozer and a military vehicle in the Birka area of the town of Hadatha. Following this, it was reported that on Friday early morning, the fighters struck armored vehicles in the same sector using artillery fire and forced them to retreat.
