In the last day, several media channels reported on updated assessments among officials in the Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) regarding the regional security situation. According to a report by Abu Ali Express in English — a channel that presents a critical line toward Iran and terrorist organizations — Mohammad Akbarzadeh, Deputy for Political Affairs in the IRGC Navy, stated that the probability of a military confrontation has decreased.
Akbarzadeh justified his assessment by claiming it stems from the "enemy's weakness," but emphasized that Iran's armed forces remain in "full readiness and equipped with ammunition." Similar remarks were published on the Amir Tsarfati channel, which is identified with clear pro-Israel positions, where it was noted that according to the Revolutionary Guard, the chance of war breaking out is "low, but our forces are ready."
The TabZ - Alternative Media channel, which analyzes geopolitical events from a perspective critical of Russia and Iran and supportive of the US, also confirmed the report stating that an official in the Revolutionary Guard assessed that the possibility of renewed war against the United States is low.
The uniform message emerging from the various sources indicates that officially, Tehran does not foresee an immediate escalation, this in parallel with continued declarations of high operational readiness.
