During the past day, an intensive and unprecedented wave of strikes by IDF forces was reported throughout southern Lebanon and the Baalbek region in the east of the country. Al Jazeera reported throughout the day on dozens of sorties by fighter jets and unmanned aerial vehicles that carried out targeted strikes in many locations.
According to reports, a large number of towns and villages were attacked, including Aramta, Mleikh, Al-Ghandouriyeh, Houch, Zafta, Kfar Tebnit, and Yahmar Al-Shaqif. In eastern Lebanon, Al Jazeera reported that fighter jets attacked the mountainous areas (Jroud) in Halabta and Boudai, as well as the town of Flawiyeh in the Baalbek district. Al Araby TV also confirmed the occurrence of three strikes in Jroud Boudai and Flawiyeh, as part of a broad escalation spanning vast areas of Lebanon.
