Economist Oleg Ustenko estimates that the dollar exchange rate in Ukraine will rise to 46 hryvnias to meet the annual state budget targets.

According to the estimates of economist and former presidential advisor, Oleg Ustenko, the dollar exchange rate in Ukraine is expected to rise by the end of 2026 to a level of about 46 hryvnias. Ustenko made these remarks in an interview with the program 'Вечір.LIVE'.
As reported in Новини.LIVE, Ustenko explained that the Ukrainian state budget is based on an average annual exchange rate of 45.5 hryvnias per dollar. In light of these figures, he predicts that since the rate was lower at the beginning of the year, it will gradually climb to reach the planned average target.
