In a series of publications identified with Iranian propaganda channels, the words of American veteran Ken O'Keefe, who criticizes the military policy of the United States, were shared. O'Keefe, known for his anti-establishment statements, called on the global public to imagine a scenario in which American missiles were aimed at US citizens, in the context of allegations regarding harm to children.

According to reports by the Revolutionary Guards channel (کانال اخبار سپاه پاسداران), O'Keefe leveled harsh accusations at the American government and claimed: "How dare you feed the world these lies? Tell me, what act of terror has the Islamic Republic of Iran committed against you?". His words were intended to cast doubt on the Western narrative presenting Iran as a threatening entity, while using a hypothetical example of 132 dead children to evoke empathy for Tehran's position.

The messages were published simultaneously on other channels, including Sabereen News channel (کانال رسمی صابرین نیوز) and Akharin Khabar (آخرین خبر). These channels are considered mouthpieces identified with the Islamic Republic regime and the Iranian security apparatus, and they consistently promote anti-Western and anti-American messages as part of their advocacy strategy.

The reports focused on presenting O'Keefe's narrative as a "confession" of a former American soldier, with the goal of providing moral validity to the regime's claims against the sanctions and international pressure applied to Iran.
