The Pejman Jamshidi Case: Between Conflicting Reports and the Court Verdict

A public and legal storm erupted today (May 20, 2026) following the publication of the verdict regarding Iranian star Pejman Jamshidi, who has been at the center of a legal case since October 2025. The actor's defense team completely rejects the publications that present the conviction as final or as an established fact. His lawyer, Kambiz Barjas, said in a conversation with کانال هواداران استقلال that the reports online are "uncertain and far from reality," and promised that they intend to work to restore his client's honor as soon as the full verdict is officially published.
