Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky revealed that Ukrainian intelligence services have obtained documents indicating Russian plans to carry out missile and drone attacks against "decision-making centers" in Ukraine. According to Zelensky, the list of targets includes nearly two dozen political and military sites, including the Presidential Office, the Parliament, and underground structures in Kyiv. At the same time, President Zelensky warned that Moscow is exerting heavy pressure on Belarus to integrate more deeply into the war. According to the report in "Лачен пише", Russia is examining operational plans to open a new front from the north, which may be aimed at the Chernihiv-Kyiv axis or against NATO countries bordering Belarus. In response, the President has ordered the Ukrainian security apparatus to reinforce forces in the north and develop a structured response plan.

While official sources in Ukraine emphasize the severity of the threat, military commentators offer more complex assessments. "Україна Online" noted that despite verbal threats from Moscow, Ukraine has underground defense facilities at a depth of about 95 meters, which, according to experts such as Ivan Stupak (as quoted in "Реальний Київ"), are very difficult to penetrate using conventional means. "Киевский Движ" quoted the founder of the "Kraken" unit, Serhiy Nemychev, who assesses that this is more about "border provocations" than a large-scale attack, as such a scenario is not currently considered realistic.
